Building Confidence Through Real-World Skills
At The Extra Pass Mentoring, we offer structured daily programming that helps youth discover their interests, develop life skills, and build confidence through hands-on experiences.
Every day at The Workshop, participants engage in activities that connect learning with real life. Our programming blends mentoring, life-skills coaching, and creative exploration to help each child discover what they’re capable of.
The Junior Creative Skill program introduces youth to practical career paths and creative trades — from barbering and cooking to art and design. Local professionals lead small-group sessions that teach fundamentals, responsibility, and pride in their work.
Through these experiences, participants gain early exposure to job skills, teamwork, and community connection while discovering their natural talents.
