The mission of The Extra Pass Mentoring, is to assist our community by empowering youth and families through meaningful relationships, skill development, and consistent support. Our goal is to help each participant build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging through mentoring, life-skills training, and positive community engagement.

The Extra Pass Mentoring was founded by Harry Boyce in 2022, a lifelong mentor, coach, and community leader who has dedicated his career to inspiring growth in others.
While playing professional basketball around the world, Harry remained rooted in service — mentoring youth, building community programs, and using his platform to empower others to lead. His commitment to giving back earned him the Key to the City for his work inspiring and guiding young people.
Today, The Extra Pass Mentoring continues that mission: to assist individuals in developing social skills, confidence, discipline, and direction — one conversation and one goal at a time.
